IMPAG Group successfully completes strategic investor change with Deutsche Private Equity (DPE)

Zurich, 18 October 2024 - IMPAG Group is pleased to announce that the strategic investor change with Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) has been successfully completed. The final closing took place on 18 October 2024 after all necessary approvals from the competition authorities and closing conditions were given.

With the new partner, the IMPAG Group is optimistic about the future. Our goal is to further strengthen our market position and create innovative added value for our customers as a leading solution provider in the distribution of specialty chemicals and ingredients for the life science and material science industries. A central component of our growth strategy is to promote innovation and agility in order to meet the changing needs of all our stakeholders.

By working with DPE, we will be able to implement new technologies and processes more quickly and thus increase our efficiency and competitiveness. In addition, we will push ahead with our international expansion plans to open up new markets and strengthen our global network.
