IMPAG Group expands its activities with the acquisition of INNOVAFOOD

We are pleased to announce that thanks to the incorporation of INNOVAFOOD into our structures, we are now present on the Spanish market.

The acquisition of INNOVAFOOD, a Spanish natural food ingredient distributor, marks another milestone in IMPAG's more than 100-year history. The integration took place on 15 April 2021.
